YOPP® 3D HT-102 Filament Spool

Sale price$40.00

This 1kg (1.75mm diameter) YOPP® 3D Printing Filament by Mango Materials is a planet-positive alternative to traditional plastic. Inspired by biology and designed for Planet Earth, this filament is made from YOPP® (You Omit Polluting Plastics), a breakthrough material that safely returns to nature. The key ingredient in YOPP® is called polyhydroxyalkanoate (PHA), a family of naturally occurring biopolyesters.

YOPP® is specially designed to revert back to nature. While the polymer is shelf-stable (it will last decades on your desk), if exposed to natural microorganisms (like bacteria or fungi found in your garden), the material will breakdown. How fast? If you have a thin film it will disintegrate like a leaf, but if the product is thick like a brick, it will disappear more slowly like a log in the forest.

Produced through sustainable U.S. biomanufacturing, YOPP® is made from renewable carbon and non-toxic, petroleum-free ingredients. That means no BPAs, phthalates, or PVC.

Perfect for makers and creators who want an eco-friendly 3D printing filament solution. Creators have already printed figurines, jewelry, home goods, and even technical parts with the YOPP® 3D filament. So, whether you’re printing for a school project or just for fun, using YOPP® 3D filament shows that you care for the planet, one spool at a time.
